Symptoms & Causes

You run SONbuddy in ad-hoc mode from your device and after SONbuddy finish configuring, you may receive this error message. After you click OK, the application closes. This behavior can occur when the I/O device on GUI fails to startup threads to communicate with SONbuddy driver. This may be caused by corruption of the operating system.

Solution: Restart SONbuddy

1. Close the SONbuddy application.
2. Reboot the device.
3. Upon rebooting the device restart SONbuddy
