"Your license is either invalid or expired. Please contact the vendor to obtain a new valid key or license."

Symptoms & Causes

You key in your 32 character serial number and press OK to install license and you may encounter this message.After you click OK, the SONbuddy application closes. This behavior can occur when your previous license has already expired.

Note: This behavior will only occur if you are using a Lite or Evaluation License.
