"The product serial number you just entered is not valid. Please retry."

Symptoms & Causes

You key in your 32 character serial number and press OK to install license and you may encounter this message. After you click OK, the SONbuddy application closes. This behavior can occur when your previous license has already expired or tampered. Entering the same license key again will result the error message.

OR

You might have just entered the 32 character serial number incorrectly.

Note: This behavior will only occur if you are using a Lite or Evaluation License.

 

Solution

Please check that you have entered the 32 character serial number correctly.

OR

To resolve this issue, please click Here to submit your problem and request to upgrade your license key because your previous license has already expired or tampered.
