Symptoms & Causes

You key in your 32 character serial number and press OK to install license and you may encounter this message.After you click OK, the SONbuddy application closes. This behavior can occur if you try to install an evaluation license again if your previous evaluation license has already expired.

Note: You will not be able to use another evaluation license to renew your license again.

To resolve this issue, please click Here to submit your problem and request to upgrade your license key because your previous license has already expired or tampered.
