"This network card is not in SONbuddy driver network card list. To make currently functional network card available to SONbuddy driver, SONbuddy driver needs to be uninstalled. If you click Yes, SONbuddy will be uninstalled. It will take a while. After rebooting device, you can directly run SONbuddy to reinstall SONbuddy driver."

Symptoms & Causes

You start SONbuddy on your device and click OK to configure SONbuddy. After configuration completes, you may receive this error message. This behavior can occur if the network card is not compatible with SONbuddy driver.

Solution

1. Click Yes to uninstall the SONbuddy driver.
2. When prompted to restart computer, click Yes to reboot the device.
3. Restart the SONbuddy application to reinstall the driver with the wireless card plug in during installation of driver.
