"There is no network card available now. Please check your network card status."

Symptoms & Causes

You start SONbuddy on your device and when you click OK to configure your SONbuddy, you may receive this error message. This behavior can occur if your network card is not connected the moment you launch SONbuddy.

Solution

1. Check that your wireless network card is properly plugged in.
