Symptoms & Causes

When you click on the users in the Buddy2Play community, you may receive this error message. This behavior can occur if you do not have any games installed in your local directory.

Solution

1. Check your local directory (C:\Program Files) to see if there are any games installed.
2. If you do not have any games installed in the directory, please install the respective game.
